Born in Peru and raised in Miami, Carlos spent years living in Los Angeles and Manhattan before relocating to Orlando, Florida to focus on his real estate career. He initially obtained his real estate license in NYC where he also worked in the Entertainment Industry.  Managing TV shows like "Lake Life" and working on many of the most popular reality TV shows of the past decade (Million Dollar Listing NYC, Celebrity Apprentice, Project Runway, and a variety of shows for the BBC among others) allowed Carlos, a traveller by nature, to explore the globe while focusing on his passions: Architecture, Design, Photography and Real Estate.
