“Brian helped us find a house in Orlando. We didn’t anticipate how difficult it would be to find a house that was a good fit for us in a housing market with limited inventory. But the search was made significantly easier by Brian. First of all, Brian was very reliable and quick to set up viewings when we saw a listing that appeared promising. And we visited a fair number of properties to help us better understand the market and narrow down our search. Brian was always on time, and made himself available when we were, generally in the evenings and on weekends. I was impressed by Brian’s commitment, we even visited a property the day he had just moved himself, and he was visibly fatigued. Brian has a keen and discerning eye developed through years of experience in the business. He notices details that are not readily apparent to the untrained eye – a flower pot strategically placed to obscure an improperly installed power socket, or a beautifully renovated kitchen that is in fact impractical. We learned a great deal visiting properties with Brian, which was not only useful, but also fun. The closing went very smoothly and Brian helped steer us through the details of the process. All in all, we had a great experience working with Brian and we wholeheartedly recommend him!”
