“Brian helped us find a house in Orlando. We didn’t anticipate how difficult it would be to find a house that was a good fit for us in a housing market with limited inventory. But the search was made significantly easier by Brian. First of all, Brian was very reliable and quick to set up viewings when we saw a listing that appeared promising. And we visited a fair number of properties to help us better understand the market and narrow down our search. Brian was always on time, and made himself available when we were, generally in the evenings and on weekends. I was impressed by Brian’s commitment, we even visited a property the day he had just moved himself, and he was visibly fatigued.
